Regular orders can be returned if you contact us via email at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving the product.
A return will be allowed if the product is in their complete original packaging, proof of purchase, unworn and with security tags on the product. Any merchandise we send you with a security tag will not be accepted for credit if the tag is removed. Sorry, we cannot allow any exceptions to this rule.
If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, and you have not contacted us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org,unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Special orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, within a 2 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
