Regular orders can be returned if you contact us via email at email@example.com within 5 days of receiving the product.
A return will be allowed if the product is in their complete original packaging, proof of purchase and no sign of wear or incorrect treatment.
We are happy to provide store credit for the amount of the purchase or exchange your item(s) for another. Credit will be valid for one year of the date of return. We do not provide refunds.
Item(s) returned must be properly packaged in the manner in which they were sent, in their original packaging, boxed, and insured for the full value. We recommend shipping through UPS, FedEx or the USPS with tracking number.
If 5 days have gone by since you received your purchase, and you have not contacted us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange.
